Mercor is hiring experienced Psychiatrists (MDs and DOs) to collaborate part-time with a leading AI lab. The role involves providing clinical expertise to design and evaluate AI medical outputs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated psychiatric case studies and workflows.
• Provide detailed feedback on clinical accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers.

Requirements

• MD or DO with Psychiatry experience.
• 2+ years clinical practice in the US.
• Licensed in US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $270,400 - $353,600 per year (existing API data).
• Flexible, part-time schedule (20+ hours/week).
