About the Role
Join Crusader Community Health as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in United States. POSITION SUMMARY: The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team at Crusader Community Health collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. Care may be provided to any program or site of Crusader Community Health.
Key Responsibilities
- will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, Crusader support staff, other midlevel providers, OBGYN physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care.

Requirements
- Graduate of United States accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, new graduates must pass licensing exam
- Unrestricted Illinois Nurse Practitioner license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA, Illinois RN license
- Current CPR Certification (responsible for maintaining certification)
