  • Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Clinical doctorate is required.

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.

Work Schedule

  • in clinic, with Monday through Friday hours.
  • Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
  • Minimal call with group shared call
  • Call is phone call only, no requirement to be called in.
  • No holidays or weekends
