Requirements
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Clinical doctorate is required.

- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.

Work Schedule
- in clinic, with Monday through Friday hours.
- Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
- Minimal call with group shared call
- Call is phone call only, no requirement to be called in.
- No holidays or weekends
