Key Responsibilities
- motor development. Act as a consultant for teachers and support staff regarding classroom speech
- language interventions for individual children, and also consult with staff regarding the enhancement of speech
Requirements
- yearly conferences to discuss developmental progress.
- Review IEPs for all children on the caseload, and provide written updates for regular progress reporting and for annual reviews.
- Provide input for ordering and maintenance of materials and equipment utilized in therapy.
- Attend training/conferences for professional development and to meet continuing education requirements for licensure.
