Key Responsibilities
- will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

Requirements
- The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

- Per Diem position.
