About the Role

Join Orlando Health as a Clinical Pharmacist II – Overnight 7on/7off in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and utilize resource persons and departments for customer service and patient care.
  • Operates equipment required for pharmacy procedures consistent with operating instructions, safety regulations, and policies and procedures.
  • Dispenses medications and intravenous fluids utilizing the medication dispensing system according to scientific principles and Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Documents on appropriate forms and in systems consistent with guidelines, defined standards of care and practice, and the quality improvements program.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Pharmacy degree (Bachelor of Science or PharmD) and be licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. A minimum of three years of hospital experience or completion of an ASHP accredited PGY 1 residency is required.
