Join Optimum Performance Institute as a Mental Health Therapist - Stafford Campus in United States. Overview Mental Health Therapist Location: 4800 Sugar Grove Blvd. Ste 275 Stafford, Texas 77477 Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000/year based on experience Schedule: 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday, plus on‑call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

-, developing comprehensive discharge plans and reviewing them with students and their families.

Ensure compliance with state laws on documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with government agencies.

Qualifications Fully licensed clinician preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); however, candidates with associates or provisional licenses will also be considered.

Experience supporting clients with OCD, substance attachment, and eating disorders is strongly preferred; experience with higher‑acuity mental health populations is also a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 annually.

Work Schedule

M-F 8-5 schedule.

Call responsibilities required.

No weekends required.
