Join Optimum Performance Institute as a Mental Health Therapist - Stafford Campus in United States. Overview Mental Health Therapist Location: 4800 Sugar Grove Blvd. Ste 275 Stafford, Texas 77477 Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000/year based on experience Schedule: 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday, plus on‑call rotation.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
-, developing comprehensive discharge plans and reviewing them with students and their families.
- Ensure compliance with state laws on documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with government agencies.
- Qualifications Fully licensed clinician preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); however, candidates with associates or provisional licenses will also be considered.
- Experience supporting clients with OCD, substance attachment, and eating disorders is strongly preferred; experience with higher‑acuity mental health populations is also a plus.

Work Schedule
- M-F 8-5 schedule.
- Call responsibilities required.
