Requirements
- Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License (1) Or
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License (1)
- Notes: (1) License in states wherever care is delivered

- Salary: $86,590 - $134,430/year
