Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current state RN and APN license and CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an APN clinical care setting preferred; hospice and home health preferred.
- Certification in a specialist area preferred; (e. g., Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) or Geriatrics)
