Requirements

• Preferred skills include 1 plus years of oncology specific outpatient physical therapy experience and lymphedema certified training - Certification as a CLT a plus.

• Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy required.

• Must have completed a professional curriculum in a college or university that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

• Must be licensed in the State of Washington by the Division of Professional Licensing.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $99,736 - $149,614

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
