Location: Archbold, OH Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC); SN, AL, IL, rehab, memory care Schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week; 8 hours onsite, 12 hours remote Pay Range: $35 - $40 hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long

• term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community

• Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible

• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
