About the Role

Join UPMC as a Lead Psychologist – Autism Services, Sign-On Bonus in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Design and expand comprehensive autism programming that integrates with and complements state

defined Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) and offers stand alone outpatient behavioral health interventions for higher functioning youth, teens, and adults.

Establish standardized clinical pathways and documentation standards (e. g., screening, assessment, treatment, transitions of care).

In collaboration with operations directors, oversee clinical aspects of referral triage, waitlist management, and template optimization to meet access targets across age groups.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) and have five years of clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Required clearances include CPR, Comprehensive Crisis Management, Psychologist licensure, and various child abuse/FBI clearances.
