About the Role
Join UPMC as a Lead Psychologist – Autism Services, Sign-On Bonus in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and expand comprehensive autism programming that integrates with and complements state
- defined Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) and offers stand alone outpatient behavioral health interventions for higher functioning youth, teens, and adults.
- Establish standardized clinical pathways and documentation standards (e. g., screening, assessment, treatment, transitions of care).
- In collaboration with operations directors, oversee clinical aspects of referral triage, waitlist management, and template optimization to meet access targets across age groups.
