About the Role

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Clinical Outcomes Pharmacist to provide clinical expertise and oversight for specialty pharmacy programs. This remote role supports patient health outcomes through telephonic consultations and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Manufacturer Enhanced Service and REMS Programs.
• Represent Lumicera as client/manufacturer contact.
• Develop clinical pathways and patient materials.
• Conduct process improvements.
• Provide telephonic patient education and medication reconciliation.
• Mentor pharmacy learners.

Requirements

• Graduate of ACPE accredited pharmacy school (BS or PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license.
• 2+ years clinical experience or residency.
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

• Salary range: $105,271 - $131,588 annually.
