Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:

  • Evaluate & Monitor Progress:
  • Conduct annual screens, assessments, and daily documentation to track improvements and adjust treatments accordingly.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Licensed, eligible, or limited permit holder in NY State
  • Skilled in PT evaluation, treatment modalities, and therapeutic exercises
  • Excellent communicator with proficient Microsoft Office skills
