This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

provide a hands-on approach coordinating medical, social, and home care services so individuals no longer ne.

manage their medical care alone.

implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the same to the interdisciplinary team to ensur.

coordinate serving of meals and monitors/coordinates kitchen facility to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

and Requirements: Education: Baccalaureate or advanced degree from an accredited college with major studies in food and nutrition or related field.

Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) as confirmed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year’s experience working with a frail or elderly population both individually and in groups required.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $57.2K - $85.8K

17 days PTO.

CME allowance: $3,000.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Full-Time position.
