This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities
- provide a hands-on approach coordinating medical, social, and home care services so individuals no longer ne.
- manage their medical care alone.
- implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the same to the interdisciplinary team to ensur.
- coordinate serving of meals and monitors/coordinates kitchen facility to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
- and Requirements: Education: Baccalaureate or advanced degree from an accredited college with major studies in food and nutrition or related field.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) as confirmed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year’s experience working with a frail or elderly population both individually and in groups required.

- Salary: $57.2K - $85.8K
- 17 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $3,000.
