• PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• The employee is occasionally required to stand, twist, squat, kneel and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently sit, walk, reach, bend and do simple and firm grasping.

• The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity.

Requirements

• Must have belief in individual’s ability to recover from disabling mental illness

• Knowledge of basic psychiatric rehabilitation interventions

• Good communication skills and a desire to work with persons with mental illness

• Incumbents must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and be proficient in reading, speaking and writing English

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $21 - $28/hr

Work Schedule

• On Call position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
