Overview JOB DUTIES: Provides advanced comprehensive nutrition services for patients with inborn errors of metabolism through clinical practice, education, and research. Functions as part of a multidisciplinary team providing services in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• National Provider Identification number and be able to see and bill patients independently without direct physician supervision.

• Responsible for conducting nutritional assessments and ongoing follow-up, adjusting diet/nutrition support regimen as needed, based on changes in the patient's health status.

• Ensures appropriate discharge planning in conjunction with patients, families/caregivers and the multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule
