Key Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

• This is performed in accordance with physician or advanced practice practitioner’s orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Home Health leadership team.

• 21 days PTO.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
