This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Understands patient safety goals, core measures, and other quality metrics that affect area of practice
Assists in development of programs to meet goals, core measures, and quality metrics
Collects and analyzes data to monitor effectiveness of improvement work (20%) Professional Development:

Attends and participates in assigned committees, departmental meetings, and training as assigned
Identifies opportunities for learning and training to advance own professional competence.

Requirements

Maintains secure storage and records of all medications in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal requirements. (30%) Training and Development of Team Members:

Acts as a consultant on medication related issues and assisting in coordinating the drug utilization programs.

Assists in the development and maintenance of policies & procedures when warranted.

Complies with established departmental and DHHA policies and procedures, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $125,400.00 - $206,900.00 / yr

28 days PTO.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule
