Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Night

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing, and coordinating patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This involves recognizing and treating the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age and population group served on the specific Medical-Surgical unit.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, and must be eligible for or licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in Pennsylvania, holding current CPR certification. Experience applying customer service behaviors is required, while previous nursing experience in a specialty area is preferred, with various specific experience requirements listed depending on the specialty area.
