About the Role
This is a full-time Project Coordinator position supporting the New Jersey Department of Health Division of HIV, STD, TB Services through the New Jersey HIV Community Planning Group. The role focuses on administrative support, planning, communication, training, and reporting within community health.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Produce and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Book travel and manage expense reports.
- Maintain filing systems and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with data entry and program reporting.
- Communicate with government and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years office experience preferred.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
