About the Role

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides patient care, through all phases of the Endoscopy experience; admission through discharge according to established guidelines. Provides patient care activities to patients of diverse ages.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possession of a current or compact state license as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.

• Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified or obtained within six (6) months of hire.

• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office products. Helpful if familiar with ProVation RN & MD.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
