Job Description: The Palliative Medicine Service Clinical Social Worker reports to the Palliative Medicine Service Manager and works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Palliative Team as well as patient’s larger health care team.

Requirements

One or more years of experience in healthcare social work.

Ability to effectively interact with patients and significant others during times of transition of care.

Effective communication and public relation skills.

Ability to work as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $56.76 - $75.92/hr

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
