Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses (Therapist II).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress Provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children, youth, and young adults.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the HRIS.
- Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

- C, LCPC, LCPC
- S, LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT). Licensure – Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW
