Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses (Therapist II).

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress Provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children, youth, and young adults.

Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the HRIS.

Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

Requirements

C, LCPC, LCPC

S, LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT). Licensure – Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW

S, LCADC, LCPAT, or LCMFT).
