Key Responsibilities

The role involves performing initial patient evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering movement-based rehabilitation to help patients return to daily activities. Responsibilities also include treating 10–12 patients daily and thoroughly documenting all evaluations, progress, and discharges using the ATHENA EMR system.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a DPT from an accredited program and hold an active Florida PT license or be eligible to obtain one, along with current CPR/BLS certification. Outpatient experience is preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered, provided they are comfortable with documentation and possess solid clinical skills.
