About the Role
Join Meritus Health as a Physician - Ortho Trauma in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency surgical care, including immediate operative and non
- operative management of traumatic injuries to bones, joints, and soft tissues
- Perform advanced reconstructive procedures for complex fractures, including pelvic and acetabular surgery
- Collaborate closely with trauma teams, anesthesiologists, critical care specialists, rehabilitation staff, and other multidisciplinary providers to deliver integrated, high
Requirements
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution; completion of an ACGME
- accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency required. Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma preferred.
- Experience: Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery required (or board eligibility with active pursuit of certification). Experience in trauma care, complex fracture management, and high
- volume trauma settings preferred.
