include educating staff and students, participating in departmental program development, and overseeing daily operations in the manager’s absence.

The therapist will also communicate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care and discharge planning, while staying current with industry research.

You will supervise departmental personnel to ensure organized and efficient service delivery.
