Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA accredited program and must hold or be in the process of completing the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA. Full licensure in Indiana is required, with Ohio licensure needed if practicing there, along with Basic Life Support certification.
