Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Patient population includes adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients depending on the practice location.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Must be able to demonstrate medication dosing and identify pharmaceutical needs relative to the disease process and age.

Requirements

Pharm and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified preferred; advanced degree (Pharm.

/MS) and residency; and/or equivalent experience preferred (e.

PGY1 and PGY2 residency).
