Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

Key Responsibilities
- Patient population includes adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients depending on the practice location.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Must be able to demonstrate medication dosing and identify pharmaceutical needs relative to the disease process and age.
Requirements
- Pharm and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified preferred; advanced degree (Pharm.
- /MS) and residency; and/or equivalent experience preferred (e.
- PGY1 and PGY2 residency).
