About the Role

Join SynergenX and Low T Centers as a part-time Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Illinois. This fully remote role focuses on hormone replacement therapy and weight management for men and women.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth care for hormone replacement therapy.
• See patients 3 days a week with Friday mandatory.
• Deliver quality patient relationships remotely.

Requirements

• Active Illinois FNP or PA license with DEA.
• Experience in telehealth delivery.
• No pending malpractice lawsuits.
