About the Role
Join Moorings Park as a Speech Therapist – Outpatient & Home Health in United States. Moorings Park is looking for a Speech Therapist. The Speech Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to individuals experiencing communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- will be work in outpatient therapy, and has the opportunity to work in the home health setting as well.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, physician, and inter.
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques, home programs, and saf.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
- Establish appropriate, measurable, and realistic goals and regularly assess and document patient progress toward those goals.
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques, home programs, and safety considerations.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of services across all settings.
