Requirements
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, with those holding an Associate Degree required to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of the start date. Essential qualifications include current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, current BLS certification, and highly preferred 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience, with NRP certification required within six months of starting.
