Key Responsibilities
- Provides evaluation, treatment, and program planning for patients referred to Occupational Therapy.
- The role includes direct supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and accountability for all occupational therapy services delivered.
- Maintains professional, documentation, and fiscal standards while providing education to patients, families, staff, and students.
- Contributes to the advancement of the profession and facility through quality care, education, and clinical improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy One year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
- Current Maryland state license in Occupational Therapy required.
- Current CPR certification required.
