Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants ensuring performance standards.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted California Physical Therapist License.
• 1+ year experience supervising PTAs in home health preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Knowledge of local community resources and homecare regulations.
