About the Role

Join Compass Health Center as a Trauma Primary Clinical Therapist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist, holding a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC license, and preferably have 2+ years of clinical work experience post-Master’s. Required experience includes utilizing evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT, and working with patients in crisis, ideally in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient, or residential settings.
