Clinical Insights Manager, Revenue Cycle Manager (US, Remote)

About the Role

This is a remote leadership role focused on improving revenue cycle management for community mental health and substance use disorder organizations. You will analyze workflows and identify product opportunities to optimize billing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and identify failure points.
• Collaborate with clinical and compliance teams to translate billing pain points into product solutions.
• Lead market analysis and opportunity sizing.
• Run experiments and pilot initiatives to improve revenue cycle outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in revenue cycle management in behavioral health or ambulatory settings.
• Expertise in Medicaid and managed care.
• Leadership experience managing operations and revenue cycle.
• Clinical and compliance literacy.
