Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds Physician

About the Role

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group seeks board-certified or eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds physicians to provide comprehensive primary care to Medicaid and CHP+ patients in the Denver metro area. The role includes direct patient care, virtual care, and after-hours and weekend rotations, focusing on underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and document patient histories using EMR.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe treatments and perform minor procedures including gynecologic care.
• Manage high-volume clinic schedules with walk-ins and acute cases.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend rotations, including travel between clinic locations.
• Provide virtual care up to 30% FTE.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including behavioral health and social work.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds.
• Experience with underserved populations and community health.
• Proficiency with telehealth tools.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and travel.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required.

• Salary range: Family Medicine $311,093; Internal Medicine $321,759.
