• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.

Requirements

• HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification]

• Data Conversion

• Various Issuers preferred Experience: Occupational therapist experience 0

• 1 year preferred experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility 0

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $74.5K - $112K
