New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in the heart of Torrance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 28 active clients, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.

• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.

• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $79K - $91K

• Signing bonus: $1.

• 14 days PTO.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.

• Flexible scheduling available.
