Job Description

About the Role

Join HR Recruiting Services as a Licensed Psychologist – Institutional Setting in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews with inmates.
  • Collaborate with mental health and medical teams—including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and physicians—to ensure coordinated, integrated care and effective follow-through.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on psychological evaluations and functional assessments.
  • Perform regular mental health evaluations in segregation and other restricted housing units to monitor inmate adjustment and treatment needs.

Requirements

  • Requirements: Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience, including one year in a comparable institutional or clinical setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facility locations as needed.
