[Remote] Telehealth Physician (Full Time)

About the Role

Join 9am Health as a full-time Telehealth Physician providing virtual care for patients with complex cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hyperlipidemia. This remote role allows you to deliver evidence-based care via synchronous video visits and asynchronous consultations while supervising an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinic schedule of video visits and asynchronous telehealth consultations.
• Provide medical assessments, recommendations, prescriptions, and referrals within your licensure scope.
• Supervise and support advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary care team members.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obesity Medicine, or related specialty.
• Valid unrestricted medical licenses in at least 10 U. S. states.
• Experience treating cardiometabolic conditions.
• Strong communication skills and telemedicine experience preferred.
