About the Role
Join High Point & Affiliated Organizations as a Behavioral Health Clinician – Sign-On Bonus in United States. Behavioral Health Clinician - MA Level - Sign on Bonus Eligible! Program/ Location: Community Based Health Clinic / Outpatient Program / Brockton Education/ Licensure: Master's degree required, license preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- psychosocial assessments
- Responsible for each assigned patients medical records. All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manner
- Responsible for linking patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the patient and his/her family access outpatient services when appropriate
- Attend all unit, facility meetings and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director
Requirements
- Masters Degree Required and/or professional license in related field, Licensed appreciated
- Experience with Behavioral health
- lingual preferred

- Salary: $70K - $80K
