No call. M-F schedule. 8 patients/day. $100K-$120K. Flexible shifts. Actually have a life. Seriously.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and address factors such as socioeconomic status, housing stability, and cultural influences to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide data-driven, condition-specific specialty visits to patients as needed
Commute to assigned patients private residences to provide care
Our providers are supported by an excellent staff of MD's, telephone triage, marketing professionals, IT, billing and scheduling personnel.
Bloom providers serve as the primary care provider for patients and see patients based on medical necessity
Bloom treats patients longitudinally through a holistic primary care model
