Children's Minnesota seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Lead to oversee clinical operations and provide expert care for high-risk newborns across multiple sites. This leadership role involves managing up to 35 NNP staff, collaborating with medical directors and nursing managers, and participating in advanced neonatal care including ECMO and fetal surgeries. The program is one of the largest in the U. S., offering comprehensive neonatal services and transport across several states. Candidates must hold current Minnesota RN and APRN licenses, NNP certification, and relevant neonatal certifications. Preferred candidates have two years of Level III NNP and leadership experience.
