- Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited Residency in OB/GYN and Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Board certification or eligible in OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine
- MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
- DEA and CDS license
