About the Role

Join PruittHealth as a Dietitian HCC in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Interviews patient/family to obtain pertinent nutrition information needed for the development of an individualized dietary plan of care for residents.

Completes and updates dietary assessments as part of the comprehensive resident assessment process.

Reviews regular and therapeutic diet orders to ensure they are served as prescribed and in accordance to the menu.

Requirements

to perform all essential functions of the job.

Gathers and presents supplemental documentation to avoid potential deficiencies.

Collaborates with Corporate Dietitian for timely responses to requests for information and suggestions to improve quality of Dietary Services.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
