Join Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto Branch as a Social Worker – U of T Health & Wellness Partnership in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care within a collaborative partnership with U of T Health & Wellness Centre, supporting students with identified mental health and social determinant of health needs
  • Provide psychoeducation about medications, symptoms, and mental health concerns.
  • Monitor recovery progress, complete assessments, and engage in collaborative goal planning.
  • Assess mental status and monitor physical health needs.
