About the Role
Join CenterWell as a Associate Director (Physician Leader), Clinical Education in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Based Teaching (50%) Deliver high
- impact clinical education across PCO markets. Key responsibilities include: Train providers on population health, value
- based care, senior care, primary care workflows, and PCO care model standards. Lead provider onboarding, continuing education, and targeted performance
- improvement training. Deliver education in
Requirements
- Board‑certified MD/DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active medical license in state of practice, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical practice, with strong experience in value‑based primary care.
- Experience training physicians and APPs; ability to mentor clinical learners.
