Requirements

• relative to his or her age specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s/area’s/department’s policies and procedures.

• Qualifications Education/Training Associate degree or graduate from an accredited two-year college program in Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Licensure/Certification Current license in the State of Florida as Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
