Key Responsibilities
- Your Role as Clinical Supervisor: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
- You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
- The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing patient care, facilitating workflows, serving as a resource for staff, and providing team leadership.
- Role Responsibilities: Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
Requirements

- Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made.
- Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
- Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.
